Ashley Alexandra Dupre, the woman linked to the sex scandal that forced former New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer to resign is suing 'Girls Gone Wild' adult video founder Joe Francis for more than $10 million for the illegal use of her name and image. In the lawsuit, filed in federal court in Miami, Dupre contends that she was 17 and not old enough to sign a legally binding contract when she appeared partially nude in video footage filmed in 2003 by members of Francis' Mantra Films production company in Miami Beach. On a spring break vacation at the time, Dupre was also drunk when she was told to sign a video "release" form, according to the complaint, which seeks damages in excess of $10 million from Francis and his co-defendants."At the time of these events, plaintiff did not understand the magnitude of her actions nor that her image and likeness would be displayed in videos and DVDs produced and distributed by defendants," the lawsuit says."The defendants have profited from the filming, production and distribution and sale of the videos and DVDs," it added."Defendants created the false impression that plaintiff has endorsed and/or approves of the graphic sexual content, including lesbian acts, contained in the video, which in reality she does not." Dupre was identified in media reports in March as the woman named "Kristen' linked to "Client 9," the frequent patron of a prostitution ring.Spitzer was the unnamed Client 9 cited in a federal affidavit against four suspected ringleaders of the online prostitution ring. Spitzer resigned on March 12 after the story appeared.

Photo Sells For $91,000

A 1993 nude photo of former supermodel and now French first lady Carla Bruni-Sarkozy, standing in a pigeon-toed pose and covering up with her hands, was sold at a New York auction for $91,000, more than 20 times its expected price. A buyer for a Chinese art collector bought the black-and-white image, taken by photographer Michel Comte in 1993 during Bruni-Sarkozy's modeling days, Christie's auction house said. The sale of the photo has attracted attention since Bruni married French President Nicolas Sarkozy in February. The photo had been expected to bring between $3,000 and $4,000. It was auctioned as part of a sale of 140 photos from German collector Gert Elfering.

"That's not his intention and I would never get my name involved if that were to happen." Monroe is clothed and the man's face remains out of the frame for the entire 15 minutes of the film, said Morgan, who watched it.Monroe was rumored to have had an affair with former U.S. President John F. Kennedy, and Morgan said former FBI director J. Edgar Hoover, a Kennedy rival, went to great lengths to try to prove it was Kennedy in the film. One of Monroe's ex-husbands, the late baseball great Joe DiMaggio, once tried to buy it from the collector for $25,000 but "he would not part with it," according to FBI files on Monroe.

Lohan Sued

A man is suing Lindsay Lohan claiming that she never paid him for the 19 weeks he worked as her bodyguard.David Kim filed a lawsuit in Superior Court against Lohan, her Crossheart Productions and 50 unnamed defendants alleging she employed him for 19 weeks then refused to pay him. Kim, who says he worked as a bodyguard for Lohan has sued her and her company, claiming he is owed more than $55,000 in unpaid wages. A representative for Lohan said that the person had no connection to Lohan. In court papers, Kim claimed breach of oral contract and violation of four California labor codes, in addition to fraud and infliction of emotional distress. The lawsuit claimed Kim was hired from October 2006 until March 2007 by Lohan and her agents or employees based on "various oral representations and text messages." He claimed he is owed $4,000 a week for two weeks of 24-hour personal security, and $2,800 a week for 17 weeks of evening duty. Kim said his duties included protecting Lohan from fans and the paparazzi, accompanying her to industry events and obtaining VIP tables at clubs and concerts. Kim also claimed he arranged additional security at various concerts at his own expense.

Campbell Banned

Supermodel Naomi Campbell has been banned from flying with British Airways after she was escorted off a flight and arrested on suspicion of assaulting a police officer.Campbell, who was released on bail pending an investigation into the incident, said she hoped the dispute with the airline could be resolved "amicably."When asked about a report saying she had been banned, a spokesman said: "We don't comment in detail about matters relating to individual passengers.""All incidents of abuse against passengers or staff are taken extremely seriously by BA and will not be tolerated. We deal with cases on an individual basis and will take whatever action we feel is necessary." Campbell's spokeswoman in London added: "Naomi has been flying with British Airways for nearly 30 years and has been a good customer. She hopes this can be resolved amicably."

Campbell Bailed Out

Naomi Campbell was released on bail after a confrontation with a police officer at Heathrow Airport's new Terminal 5, where one of her bags was lost. Campbell left the airport police station just after midnight. London's Metropolitan Police said she was released pending further inquiries and told to report to a police station in late May.Campbell was arrested on suspicion of assaulting an officer after police were called to a disturbance at the airport. Witnesses said Campbell was aboard a British Airways plane due to depart for Los Angeles when she became involved in a dispute because one of her bags had been lost. During the dispute, Campbell allegedly spit on the officer. Campbell's spokeswoman, Annabel Fox, said Campbell was traveling to the U.S. to attend a memorial service and had boarded the plane when she was told one of her two checked bags was missing. British Airways "decided to resolve this by insisting she leave the flight and then called the police to forcibly eject her," Fox claimed. Campbell has a history of assaulting assistants and employees. In 2000, she pleaded guilty in Toronto to an assault charge for beating an assistant while making a film in 1998. Under an agreement with prosecutors, Campbell expressed remorse and was released without punishment or a criminal record. In January 2007, Campbell pleaded guilty to misdemeanor assault for throwing her cell phone at her maid in a dispute over a missing pair of jeans. She was ordered to do community service and attend a two-day anger-management program.
